a walk through the leaves of Fall

There's nothing quite like walking through the leaf-ridden paths on a crisp autumn day.  Trees are still attempting to amiably hold onto their colourful leaves, but the majority of them have attached themselves to the ground below. The other day, I took Grace for a fall-full walk:

Grace definitely blends into the scenery, and is only a blur when she runs through the leaves (which she loves to do, as it makes wonderful sounds).

Somehow, this picnic table was found in the water that runs along our neighbhourhood Rotary Trail.  Makes for interesting landscape!

If you're lucky enough to live somewhere where autumn is in full bloom, I hope you get the chance to go out and play amongst the leaves! It makes for a renewing moment in time.

  1. Haha, well that would make for a rather soggy picnic.

(Also, if you feeling like hanging out today.. I'm totally bored -- save me!)
