Sunday Smile: Scandinavian Swag

Retail Therapy
Other than Etsy.com, the other cool online shops I visit are usually Scandinavian (either by design or by location). Perhaps it's the wee spot of Dutch in me.
Here's a smattering of favs, worthy of a Sunday Smile:

Had to throw in a little Ikea! I don't actually shop at Ikea, but I used to when I was in my teens in my twenties. I have always been drawn to the simplic, minimalistic, colourful ways of Scandinavian design.
My home is now mostly furnished in mid century Danish, but also a smattering of antiques and modern. I like having an eclectic mishmash of aesthetics. If I had a larger space to decorate, I would probably have a heck of a lot more of the vintage Danish look running amok.
I'd love to visit Ikea and buy some of their textiles to inexpensively spruce up my sofas and my bed. Although, that being said, I'll probably just sew up my own pillows & blankets using my vintage fabrics! Sorry, consumerism, you'll have to wait another day.
